Information you choose to provide
The assessment asks for your contact details, a brief description of your business, the work you would like to improve, and the tools you use. Contact forms collect the details needed to respond to your inquiry. Optional questions can be left blank.
How we use it
We use your answers to prepare and email your recommendations, ask relevant follow-up questions, and respond to inquiries. AI tools may assist with organizing and analyzing business context. Atlas reviews recommendations before delivery. Submitting an assessment does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Services involved
Tally collects and stores assessment submissions. Cloudflare hosts the website and assessment intake records. Google’s email service supports communications. Information needed for assessment analysis may be provided to an AI service used by Atlas. Please describe your work at a general business level.
Information to leave out
Do not submit passwords, account numbers, alarm codes, confidential customer records, or other sensitive information. The initial assessment does not require access to your accounts.
Saved records and privacy requests
Assessment answers and related correspondence are saved to support your assessment and follow-up. If you want to correct or request deletion of information you submitted, email sales@atlas-ai-tech.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
Other services
Customer portal services and any subsequent implementation may involve additional information and service-specific terms. This assessment does not authorize access to customer systems.
